On January 13th and 14th, 2024, the "Let's Debate" bootcamp was held at Villa Psaigon, a youth activity centre in Dingli, Malta, managed by Agenzija Zghazagh. This immersive bootcamp was facilitated by youth workers from Agenzija Zghazagh and the Malta Chamber of Scientists.

During the bootcamp, the WYSF participants were split into three subcommittees: AI and Jobs, AI and Education, and AI and Ethics. In their respective subcommittees, the students identified problems in their areas and developed resolutions to overcome these challenges. They also familiarised themselves with the structure of parliamentary debates and how to construct effective counterarguments. These resolutions will be presented in the Parliament of Malta in the upcoming simulated parliamentary debate, giving the participants a unique opportunity to showcase their work and contribute to policy discussions.

The bootcamp provided a valuable opportunity for participants to get to know each other better, fostering a sense of teamwork. A highlight of the event was a fun night hike to Buskett Gardens, adding an enjoyable outdoor activity to the intensive learning experience.
